Our Community
Building a strong community is another piece of the RSP puzzle. We believe that a partnership between the school and families provides the most supportive and nurturing environment for young children’s education to thrive, so naturally, creating a space for families to develop lasting friendships is one of our top priorities.
RSParent Association
Our Parent Association’s mission is to foster a connected and meaningful parent community. This supportive group of parents volunteer to organize fundraising efforts that will fund special projects for our school.
Class Parents
Class parents serve as a liaison between the teachers and other families in their class. They help to organize class parties both in and outside of school as a way to further support the classroom community. Interested parents can volunteer at the start of the school year. Brooke Mure, RSP’s Parent Coordinator, meets with class parents every other month to ensure that each class is informed about upcoming events across the school.
Family Fridays
On the last Friday of every month, we welcome all students to bring a family member for the first 30 minutes of their class period. Students love to show their families around their classroom and engage in morning activities with their special people!
“We could not be happier with our family’s experience at RSP. There is such a wonderful community that we have appreciated and truly felt a part of.”
